Medical Tourism
Medical fraternity in Malaysia has developed to a level that is at par with the best in the world. Many private medical centres have acquired international recognition in quality standards via either MS ISO9002 or accreditation by the Malaysian Medical Society for Quality of Health (MSQH).

The private medical centres in Malaysia are growing in reputation as a preferred health and medical destinations. Visitors around the world are seeking remedies for a wide range of medical needs in Malaysia. Some come in as tourists and visit the medical facilities because of needs while others specially fly in for the quality and affordable health services.

For Sabah Medical Centre, we have actively corroborated with local tour operators in marketing our various medical services to foreign tourists. We have also secured the cooperation of some foreign tour operators to market our medical services abroad.

We are looking forward to joining the State Ministry of Tourism in their road shows and trade exhibitions abroad in future to show case our health and medical products with a view to create global awareness. We are hopeful that these efforts will help to lock in foreign customers and enhance the tourism industry of Malaysia as a whole.
