Change of operations from Sabah Medical Centre to SMC Healthcare Sdn Bhd

We are pleased to announce the incorporation of SMC Healthcare Sdn Bhd (882709-T), a subsidiary of Sabah Medical Centre Sdn Bhd and joint-venture partner with KPJ Healthcare Berhad with the continued commitment to serve the same level of medical care to our patients.

In line with the above, we have also changed our company logo, documents and other printed stationeries which will be applied from 1st March 2010 and would appreciate if your company/client records could be amended to reflect the new company name, SMC Healthcare Sdn Bhd for transactions commencing from 1st March 2010 onwards.

With effect from 1st March 2010, all bills & receipts will be issued under the name of SMC Healthcare Sdn Bhd. However, during the interim period you may have received bills and invoice bearing the same name of Sabah Medical Centre Sdn Bhd. Please be assured that appropriate adjustments will be applied to reflect a correct record in our books.

All our office addresses and contact details will remain the same and rest assured that the change of company name will not affect our existing relationship and contracts/agreements with you.

We further like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to our valued clients, business partners, vendors and associates who had been dealing with us under the name of Sabah Medical Centre Sdn Bhd and look forward to continue to strengthen our partnership with this new beginning under the flagship of SMC Healthcare Sdn Bhd.
